Phone calls could be answered, text were not answered. Once we finally threaten to go to the media the loan was finalized in 10days. Sad it could have been handled that way in the beginning .
I was an overall great experience. The rates went down a bit after I locked, but I am happy with what I got. Everyone was more than accommodating, professional, and friendly. I would do business with them again and tell my friends.
