Leonard was very patient with all of my questions. He helped me through the process and we ended up with a great deal!
I applied for my 2 loans on April 1, 2020 and it took over 4 months to close. I was never given a good reason for the delay and would go weeks without communication or updates from Amerisave.
After the loan was passed to processing there was no further communication from the Loan Officer even through I reached out with regards to closing costs.
