She was my third loan originator and there was very little communication or explanation of why certain things took place. The total amount of the loan changed at closing without our direct knowledge.

They are not on their game, told me 14 days to do a cash out refi, after over a month, I switched to Rocket mortgage and and closed within 15 days, now they send me an invoice for an appraisal that I've already paid for, very bad communication...
