Not sure if some of the delays or crosses in communication were because of the systems involved - it seemed a big upgrade happended right as we started and it's not clear that the system was sending automated emails or texts that were correct....

I would email and not get emails back. I would call and not receive calls back. I would say stuff that needs changed and it wouldn’t get changed. The whole experience was not explained very good
