It was the absolute easiest loan I have ever gotten. Everything went so smooth and everyone was always so pleasant and easy to deal with.
It was impossible to get Matthew on the phone or to get assistance navigating the refinance process. In the end, I'm not sure the low rate was worth this lack of support on a significant financial decision.
Shane kept us informed of where things were at, what where the next steps and what was needed from us during the entire process. Never had any issues or concerns the entire time. Great person to work with!
