The process was very easy. The data portal was easy to navigate. Communication was frequent throughout the loan process.
Keevin was very knowledgeable all of the tools I needed, kept me informed and followed up in a timely manner on questions I had throughout the closing process. Overall the close process went very smooth and closed quicker than expected.
The system was made Covid friendly by doing everything online which I think made it quicker and easier than I've ever done before.

Corey Lynch was wonderful. But connecting with the staff to arrange a closing was difficult. Took many calls, no responses, gal talked too fast. The support staff did not benefit Corey.
