The process took almost 6 months. There were occasions that I tried to contact loan processor and I wouldn’t receive a response. Kyle was always very responsive, but in general it was not a great experience.

It seem to take a long time to close the loan. We sent documents almost immediately when requested. Had issues with the closing documents and we know this was not her fault but it made the over all experience not as pleasant.
