I was very Happy with William’s work, however, the follow through by others was not good. It took over 90 days to close. That part was the worst I have experienced. William was creative and helpful.

The process of refinancing started out great. A week or so down the line our agent became difficult to reach and did not return our phone calls. It took several attempts to reach him if we had a question.

I was offered a rate of 2.5 but at closing it was higher.I was told that my loan would not be sold but after closing I was informed that it was being sold. The process took longer than I was told. The term "bait and switch" comes to mind.
