It took over 4 months to approve and close my loan with AmeriSave due to incompetence of your representatives. I have a credit score of 790 (excellent) and it was a loan to value ratio of 44%. I will not recommend AmeriSave to anyone.

Shaneka Kirk was great. The rest was slow,they did not call back, they had the numbers wrong, they tried to over charge on interest rate, etc. If it wasnt for Shaneka I would have cancelled the loan.
Great job.
Nick did a great job communicating every step in the process for my refinance. He was a pleasure to work with.
This was my best, easiest, and quickest closing.
