Carlos was great !But everything online demanded stiff , repetitive ,inflexible and irrational requests . That was all the virtual system problem and has nothing to do with Carlos. He was great and I would do transaction with him again !!!

Professionalism, prompt response, patience, amazing people skills, high efficiency. Five stars for great experience in guiding me through complicated process of loan application.
The whole process took over 3 months and I had to initiate and keep pressing for that. The follow ups did not happen . They kept trying to increase the interest rate. I would not recommend this company at all.
