I loved the portal. I love the ability to check for updates and to upload documents immediately.it definitely allowed the process to move much quicker. Mark Hoover was a great loan offover. When I had a problem, he resolved it quickly.

Living in Hawaii it's hard because of the time difference between the mainland. Amerisave had a local representative would be nice.
