Everything went well but now I'm having notice.Is sent to me by the car loan company.That was supposed to be PA dwarf.They're saying the car was never paid off.Please advise

A follow up would have been nice. I called a couple of times I never got a response. Mr Hoover told me he would take care of the record fee, it ended up in my closing cost.
