William was great, but the whole process was frustrating. It was like six months of me wanting to refinance, and Amerisave calling saying "We'll refinance your loan!" and I get my hopes up again and then Amerisave tells me I don't qualify....

He never responded to emails or calls. Very disappointed. Only day I spoke with him was the day we applied for a mortgage. Other then that, never heard from him.
