Mark Hoover
The process seems to take a unusually long time. When I had a similar loan about 30 yrs ago it only took about 2 wks. This one took 2 months. The service by Mark Hoover and Lisa Merritt was very good however.

Well I really didn't deal with Jonathan. but with Krista Yates. We had to receive checks to pay off the accounts selected by this company. It was almost a 5 month process and since I was continuing to make payments the amounts owed went down...
