I suggest more simplicity with the documentation process (fewer requirements for documentation once the credit, history and character of the borrower have been established) and also less intrusion and prying into aspects of the borrowers life...

Workers were rude. Poor communication and it seemed the a lot of things weren’t exactly clarified or explained in a good way for people to actually understand what’s being talked about.
