Severely poor communication skills. Did not explain ANYTHING. Felt like we were burden and inconvenience to Nathan’s day. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would not recommend First Commonwealth Bank to ANYONE.
Worst buying process I have ever been through. Zero communication and no explanation during the process.
