    Paul kept us updated with the progress of the loan. It was a nice surprise that the closing/signing of the docs was held at our home and in the evening. We really appreciated not having to take time off from work to get all finalized

    So much of the process is automated and accepts electronic documents and signatures. Colleen is always so attentive to my questions and in guiding me through the process. Great experience!
