Dealing with Jake was very good. The closing process was not as good as I thought it should be for a company like yours. I don't understand why the money could not be wired to where it needed to go.

I don't like being told one thing and then having something else happen. I understand that there are a lot of steps but getting the run around gets frustrating very quickly. Plus the closing costs are out of control.
