The original paperwork had my name wrong. We requested that our taxes not be escrowed as our taxes will be deferred. That request was completely ignored. Now we have to wait and see who buys our mortgage and try to get reimbursed. I called...

Always got timely responses when I had a question. Celina, Danielle and Walter very very professional in their dealings with me, even when I had a dummy question.
