Do not recommend. Giving Low rating is due to lack of transparency and unclear communication which left us disadvantaged.
Bridget took the time to thoroughly explain everything. She's extremely timely on responses to any questions and I felt throughout the entire process that she genuinely cared and wanted to make the experience as smooth and simplified as possible....

Loan officer seemed to be more concerned about making a sale as opposed to genuinely assisting us as consumers. Would prefer working with someone who is customer focused.
