Joy, Tyler and Millie were a pleasure to work with. They made working with their company easy and I was impressed with the results they provided me.

Rich List and his team were fantastic to work with - professional, responsive, and upbeat. I gladly recommend them to anyone taking on their first, or their fourth, mortgage.

Can we just say how much we like working with you guys? It’s been a hell of a last few weeks and working with other lenders make us appreciate you guys so much more! Just wanted to say thank you for what you do! Please pass this along!

Rich and his team have done my loan twice now and it was a phenomenal experience! If I could give 10 stars I would.

They did my loan and they ROCK
