Rich List and his entire team did an amazing job with my loan. The process was so simple and stress free. I will definitely be using his team in the future!

After loosing our house in PA via a short sale, we thought purchasing another house would not be a option for a long time. Esther worked with us for over three years to get our credit where it needed to be and we were able to make that purchase....

Extremely helpful team that guided us through the re-fi process and got us a great rate. Kelly Ashcroft was awesome.

Kelly, Emma, and Marissa provided exceptional customer service! They are truly gems and you’re lucky to have them. Was the most hassle free mortgage experience I’ve ever had.

Quick responses, clear instructions, and good service. Rates however do not match current rates advertised, did not get a good reason on why.
