I was asked to sign papers several times that had already been signed. I don’t know if there were problems with the computers or not, but all the papers were signed on the first askance.
This is our 2nd time working with Diana and her team, while we plan on this being our final home purchase, if we had to buy another home in the future we would work with Diana and her team again.
Our situation was complicated which made the whole process aggravating. This shouldn't reflect on the loan officer.
Very friendly and willing to help and explain everything. And very fast at responding and calling back to make sure you close on your house as fast as possible
