My mailbox key doesn't work in my mailbox. I shouldn't have to pay the USPS $50.00 for a key to pay my bills!
It was a smooth process from start to finish. they reviewed my documents fairly quickly and I didn't not have to wait for anything. My loan processor was communicative and I never had to wonder about anything.
