The team went well over above and beyond. They're also so very friendly at times I thought i was talking to friends.
The person requesting documents did not know how to read financial documents. I shouldn't have to spood fed someone where money comes from when it's clearly listed on the documents.
Chris and his team worked with us step by step, planning, problem solvin, and explaining everything step by step. Truly a white glove experience which made the first time home buying process much easie.
A lot of the same questions were asked multiple times and as first time home buyers who weren't aware of the process, we were promised more updates that I had to fight to get.
The professionalism hord beyond words. She was transparent through the entire process and explain every detail along the way I have expressed my wonderful experience to my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for taking care of my family....
