Ease of use
Seem less experience was not bad at all
Kept us up to date with everything and very detailed.
Chris always made himself available when we had questions or concerns, even when he wasn't overseeing that specific stage in our loan process.
Michele and her tram team were terrific. Out first time homebuyer was in grrat great hands. They were very communicative and aleays always available. Thank you for doing an excellent job!
