    Being clearer on when to lock rate and also talking about a long term rate lock right out the gate. Communicating better and keeping the borrow in the loop more.

    Thanks so much for the feedback Aaron. As you know this year the rates have been volatile and unpredictable. I am thankful that we did end up doing the long term lock to keep your rate from going higher, but I understand the rates are disappointing....

    Lina WAS WONDERFUL! Being a first time homeowner I had a million questions and she took time to answer every one. She was prompt in returning my calls and she closed my home in 2 WEEKS WHICH WAS ASTOUNDING! 5 STAR SERVICE!
