    I never spoke with Christopher. There was a discrepancy regarding his team member requesting my mother's financial records. This was never addressed.

    The team was extremely responsive and kept us updated a long the way. Turning in documents was super easy. The ladies would even take the time to call and get what they needed from my banks and jobs when I didn't have time.
