    The process was very smooth. I’ve heard so many horror stories but that wasn’t the case for me.

    Michele did an excellent job with communicating to myself and the buyer. Even when there was a hiccup in financing, she was able to come up with a solution to get this sale to closing! I highly recommend working with her.

    Me and my wife transitioned our loan to Silverton toward the end of the process. We were taken care of extremely well and put in a better position than before we switched. Everything was smooth and it was no pressure or stress to get to close....
