Unfortunately the pricing for rates change daily. The loan application had to be cancelled and was not resubmitted until after the correction of your address. This reflected that day's interest rate. Hope this helps.

There were some tech items I didn't understand, but Cole B. was always able to explain them to me. Overall, Cole made the procedure very easy and enjoyable. Also, our loan processor Ashly was very helpful in completing our loan process.
