Friendly Effective, Knowledgeable information and communication with Loanpal staff, always in a timely manner.
Associates that were working with Mr. Lemond were not very efficient and hard to communicate with. Duplicate requests for paperwork was very annoying. Mr. Lemond was helpful in getting us the correct paperwork and or forms to process.
