All documents were sent and explained. The amount of time it took was expected due everything Going on. It was hard to get ahold of the Loanpal representatives.
Everyone was friendly and very willing to listen to my needs. I did not feel pushed or pressured which is very important to me.
Our rep Jason Doby was knowledgeable & responded promptly to our inquires. The process took way too long from start to close - almost the full 60 days. I would not recommend Loan Pal unless you have a solar loan through them and decide to refinance...

It would be nice to have access to the loan now and pay principal down with extra funds I have.
