The process took WAY longer than we expected. Steve was friendly and attentive, but we went through at least 4 other people who later left the company, I believe, before we were through the whole process.
Stephen was a pleasure to to work with and talk to, at first I was very reluctant to refinance but he showed me all the benefits to it. There wasn't a time that I'd call that he didn't answer or return my calls. He also never made me feel rushed....
