The level of hand- holding Suzanne did with me made my experience great. It's been 15 years since I've purchase a home so I was unfamiliar with the process.
Suzanne is incredibly responsive and helpful. I have a weird credit situation and she helped guide us through that obsticle during this process. She is a great loan officer and an amazing person!
Suzanne was very communicative, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond in working with us. She is amazing!
