Great communication. Even when there was a hiccup in the process it was explained and resolved thoroughly and quickly. Very kind employees and patients with first time homebuyers.

I disliked how the processor seemed to know nothing about our situation and called my husband by the name Matthew and just made the situation more stressful because we had to reiterate everything twice and clarify things to both Brooke & Erika....
