Professionalism and expertise
We had a goal to get a refinance on our home as soon as possible and that was achieved. Very helpful all along the way with any questions we had.
Very helpful with the whole process.
I'd say it was good. Certainly better than OK. The rate going up at the last minute was a little frustrating, and the tech resources could have been better, but overall it was good!
