very easygoing people to work with!
Greg is easy going. The only thing that could/should have been different is we should have met the original deadline so that I didn't have to relock my interest rate. Not sure what the delay was but don't think it should have happened.

The process seemed to move quickly requiring very little effort.
Made it clear he would do what he could to help me get a new home near my family & a out of state move.

The security/email issue was huge. It is honestly the only negative out of the entire process. Everything else was 100%. 10/10. You get the idea.
Greg is great at getting us through the process and making sure we get the best rates. He makes himself available to answer questions and concerns and responds quickly.
Our refinance almost didn’t work and probably wouldn’t have with another lender who didn’t put in the time to figure everything out. Greg put out the extra work of looking at all the factors and reassuring us along the way he knew what to do...
