They were always prompt and on top of everything, which made this process totally painless. We walked away knowing that Greg and his team made us feel like we were their top priority.

Just OK, actually, but the issue was communications between mortgage company, title company, and realtor. It would have be much better if one service (eg the realtor) could have helped us coordinate the demands and communication required.
