Buying a house is challenging and this experience was no different, but Mike kept me informed and his team worked to get me the good rates. Even though we hit a little snag, I am very happy with the results!
Great communication with Brian. He answered all calls and texts in a timely manner. That was key for me as this simple quality is missing in many professionals in this day and age.

Mike Garretson is the ultimate professional and a true expert who's knowledge and wisdom made the process seamless
Brian and Chandler were so attentive and on top of everything! I felt like they were always trying to help us find the best option for our mortgage and closing! They also answered every call and email immediately and were super friendly!
