    Communication! In the beginning Jim was helpful and was great at calling me and telling me what the next steps were. As time went on Jim was no longer talking to me and keeping me updated. He would not answer my emails or return phone calls....

    Communication with Brad’s assistant Tim Spangler was outstanding. He fully understood the need for close as soon as possible and did everything within his power to notify those involved to make that happen. I appreciate Kate all Tim did!
