Jennifer is responsive and personable.
As a first time homebuyer, everything was explained thoroughly to me and any questions I had were answered. Also very quick to respond to text and emails about questions.
Lori is beyond good at her job. She is a true professional in the business.
More one on one over the phone conversation rather than emails when we had questions.
