I appreciated the time and effort to help me get a loan and purchase a home. Response to my questions and concerns was quick and helpful .
Jennifer was great to work with. Very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.
Jennifer was fantastic. She guided us every step of the way. She made it so easy for us to secure a loan. Communication was excellent.
Communication could've been streamlined. I dealt with three different people throughout the process. Paperwork seemed to get lost on your end so duplicates of documents had to be sent. There were also technical issues that were never resolved....
