Chris Graves was the 3rd lender to look at this purchase and the only one to take it on. It was a very complicated file but he pushed it through and with a very competitive rate for my client

Very responsive to emails and calls. Provided detailed list of mortgage options using visuals to enhance understanding , managed the team efficiently even though there was a change in the total loan amount.

the process was long and had some complexities to it, chris and his team took the time to walk me thru that process and make me understand all I needed to know.
