Wow, thanks for the kind words Mike! You guys were such a pleasure to work with and I'm so happy to have helped you with your new home!
Communications was great. Speed of response was excellent. However, the estimated closing costs were significantly less than the actual costs at closing. Also, the 1k they claimed they could "knock off" our closing costs was never honored.
