Ben was very professional and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He was available morning and night with answers for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Ben to other home buyers.
Very friendly and a easy to work with.
Nick couldn’t have been easier to work with as a first time home buyer. Nick was able to deliver a 21 day closing on schedule with no hassles and answered all my calls.
Nick’s knowledge and the way he made the whole process stress free
Nick explained everything and was always available to answer any questions that we had.
Nick made himself available at all hours to answer any questions that I had. He was able to communicate everything to us in a way that we could understand it as first time home buyers.
Nick went above and beyond to help us with the process of being 1st time homebuyers
We were initially working with Parker Sizeland and Jen and everything worked out well. Parker moved to another firm about a week or so to our closing and we had one or two phone calls with Nicholas.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
