I think a ..to do.. list for the client would be great so the client can take care of everything and don't need to stress out because this or that is needed in the last minute.
That's what I call customer service. Elizabeth is obviously not up to ,,sell,, you something quick . She's taking her time to find the best solution with you / for you.
