Lance was great staying in communication with me along the entire process
Lance is AWESOME! He is always available and great at rouble shooting. He always goes above and beyond and has excellent communication skills!!
Maria was great to work with. The only opportunity for improvement would be that she didn't communicate that my rate had gone up from the initial disclosure and that we didn't lock it in at the lower rate.
Lance's communication and work ethic throughout the entire transaction was outstanding. We always knew where we were in the process. FYI, this is rare in today's real estate world, unfortunately. Great job Lance!
