Everything was OK except giving my information to a insurance sales person who called me trying to sell us insurance and products, I did not need for this transaction. Person stated he got my information from Lance and that caused distrust.
Always a phone call away. Very patient, respectful and polite. As a first time homebuyer, Lance helped me feel feel safe and informed every step of the way. Responded quickly to emails, texts or phone calls. Thank you Lance🥂🥂
Lance always quickly addressed questioned, made sure he was on top of the loan file, and ensured that all items were completed in a timely manner for a smooth closing.
She was so helpful throughout the entire process and always answered when we needed her. She made sure we understood everything we were signing, sending, or asking about and explained it when we didn’t understand. 10/10!!
