Nicole and her entire team were extremely responsive with any and all questions we had, and got this done quicker than I thought possible!
Everything went smooth as silk. I have never had such an easy process for a refi.
Nicole was very helpful and always quick to answer questions. The online portal made the process of refinancing very simple, and the closing was conveniently done at home. We are saving so much, I can't complain.
