Tim was so professional and quick to respond. He was able to walk me through the whole process and explain it all which is a lot. Thanks to Tim I feel more confident in how the purchase all went down.

We were able to get into the house at the time even with the few hiccups that pushed our closing time further than we wanted but still able to get closed and moved in that

Tim is thorough with every detail in lending with the borrowers. There are no unpleasant surprises during any part of the process. This is not the case with other lenders which is why I refer Tim to anyone inquiring about a home loan.
